Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation:

Unworn Pret a Porter Bra's and Suspenders will gladly be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for an exchange only. Absolutely no returns on Custom Corsets, Corset matching bra’s and pret a porter panty's, so please choose carefully. Exchange shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

All exchanges need prior authorization and should be placed carefully in it's original packaging. Please insure for the value of the merchandise and ship with tracking as we are not liable for lost package.

For non-European Union customers, you must clearly mark the package with the word RETURN. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the package or charge you the full Customs and Excise duty.

There is a 25% restocking and administration fee on cancelled orders within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Any corset orders cancelled after this 24 hour period will be charged a 65% Labor and restocking fee. No exception.
